Case Study: Commercial Gym Soft Strip

CM Demolitions undertook a large soft strip project for a 40,000 SQ ft Gym in Devonshire Square, Central London of a Commerical Gym.

1. Central Location: This central London location was had a lot of Neighbours and a complicated permit system.

2. Site Access: The site was hard to access, with egress being 2 floor underground with limited lift access.

3. Large site: Our team was compiled of 18 Operatives to ensure a thorough and fast demolition.

1. Thorough Planning: CM Demolitions conducted a detailed site analysis to develop a comprehensive demolition plan that addressed safety concerns and logistical challenges, including a Site Waste Management Plan and Risk Assessment & Method Statements.

2. Structured Teams: With the large number of operatives the team was broken into sub-teams, to ensure efficient and fast demolition.

3. Own Equipment: We used our own equipment and plant, as well as sub-contracting some of the waste solutions
